Client Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to AETR! This Client Agreement (the "Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing the provision of our restaurant consulting services to you, our valued client. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not proceed with our services.

2. Scope of Services

AETR agrees to provide restaurant consulting services to the client as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or statement of work. The scope of services may include, but is not limited to, menu engineering, operational streamlining, financial performance optimization, customer experience enhancement, and marketing and branding solutions.

3. Payment Terms

The client agrees to pay the fees for the services provided by AETR as per the agreed-upon payment schedule. Payment terms and methods will be detailed in the proposal or statement of work. In the event of any changes to the scope of services, both parties shall mutually agree upon any adjustments to the payment terms.

4. Confidentiality

Both AETR and the client agree to treat all information and data shared during the course of the engagement as confidential. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

AETR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided under this Agreement.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party fails to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees and expenses shall become due and payable.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
