Zomato and Swiggy account management for restaurants and cloud kitchens

AETR is a Gurugram restaurant consultancy that runs Zomato and Swiggy accounts for restaurants, cafés and cloud kitchens in India. We manage the account, offers and sponsored listings day to day, and audit each outlet's search visibility, conversion, discounting, ad spend and payouts to find what is holding orders back. Each audit takes 5–7 business days.

How It Runs

How a marketplace audit works

01

Scoping call

We agree the scope, the number of outlets and the data required. Audits are priced per engagement on this call; there is no fixed published fee.

02

Read-only access

For the marketplace audit you share read access to your dashboards. For a payout audit, you send your payout statements and an order export covering those same dates.

03

The audit

We go outlet by outlet through search visibility, conversion, discounting, ad spend and payouts.

04

Findings

You get a ranking of your outlets, a list of fixes for each one that is underperforming, and a summary of the payout reconciliation.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Zomato and Swiggy management involve for my restaurant?

It means looking after how your restaurant performs on the delivery apps. At AETR that means running your merchant accounts day to day, managing promotions and sponsored listings, and analysing performance. Alongside that, our audits check search visibility, how many visitors turn into orders, where ad and discount money goes and whether payouts match your orders. Then we work on the menu, prices, photos, offers and campaigns the numbers point to.

How long does a Zomato or Swiggy audit take?

Marketplace, payout and marketing audits take 5–7 business days apiece, counted from the point we have your data. For a payout audit, that means your payout statements and the matching order export. Before any of this, a short scoping call settles which outlets are covered and which data we will need from you.

Which dashboard access does an audit need from us?

Read-only access is enough for the marketplace audit. We don't need permission to edit your listings, menus or campaigns, so nothing on your account changes while we look. A payout audit needs two more things: the payout statements the platforms sent you, and an order-level export covering the same dates, so each order can be matched to what was actually paid.

Can you audit just one outlet?

Yes, a single outlet can be audited. The review tells you most, though, when you have 3–5 or more outlets to put side by side. A brand-level average on the dashboard can hide the fact that some locations are dragging the rest down, and comparing outlets against each other is how those locations show up.

How much does a Zomato or Swiggy audit cost?

Audits have no fixed published price. Each one is scoped to your business and the fee is agreed on a brief scoping call: the marketplace audit by number of outlets, the payout audit by order volume, the marketing audit by number of channels and the menu audit by menu size. The food and ambiance photoshoot on this page is different: ₹15,000 + GST covers an 8-hour slot and as many as 100 edited images.

Do you also manage Magicpin and Thrive, or only Zomato and Swiggy?

AETR works across Zomato, Swiggy, Magicpin and Thrive, covering account management, performance analysis, ad management and sponsored listings. The marketing audit covers Zomato and Swiggy ads today; whether other paid channels can be reviewed depends on the data access you can give us. Tell us which platforms you sell on and we will confirm what applies.

Can you guarantee how many orders we will get?

No. Order growth varies with your brand, your menu and the market you trade in, so we don't promise a figure before we start. What an audit gives you is a clear view of which outlets are lagging and why, with specific fixes for each, so you can see from your own numbers where there is room to improve.
