What do you charge to sort out an FSSAI licence?
Our price depends on how long you want the licence to run. A 1-year licence is ₹1,000 + GST, a 2-year licence is ₹1,500 + GST and a 3-year licence is ₹2,000 + GST. Each option covers the same work: the document checklist, collecting your papers, preparing and filing the application, and following it up with FSSAI until it is approved.
How long will it take to get my FSSAI licence?
Usually 7–15 business days. Much of that time sits with FSSAI, which processes each application at its own pace, so we cannot promise an exact date. What we do control is getting your documents in order and the application filed promptly, then following up until it is approved rather than leaving you to chase it yourself.
Which documents do I need to give you?
The list depends on your outlet and the type of licence you need, so we do not send out a generic one. Once you confirm those two things, we share the exact checklist for your case. You send the papers across to us, and we take care of preparing the application and filing it with FSSAI.
My FSSAI licence is about to expire. Can you renew it?
Yes. We handle a renewal the same way as a new licence: we share the document checklist, collect your papers, prepare the application, file it with FSSAI and follow it up until it is approved. You can renew for 1, 2 or 3 years, at ₹1,000, ₹1,500 or ₹2,000 plus GST respectively, and it usually takes 7–15 business days.
Should I choose a 1, 2 or 3-year licence?
That is your call, and the work we do does not change between them. What changes is how long the approved licence stays valid and the price: ₹1,000 + GST for one year, ₹1,500 + GST for two and ₹2,000 + GST for three. A longer period simply means you have to arrange a renewal less often.
What will I have at the end of it?
An approved FSSAI registration or licence for your outlet, valid for the period you chose: 1, 2 or 3 years. We stay on the application from the day it is filed until approval comes through, so you are not left checking on its status yourself. The fee for each period is ₹1,000, ₹1,500 or ₹2,000 plus GST.
Can you guarantee my licence will be approved?
No. Approval is FSSAI's decision, and so is how long processing takes, so we do not promise either. What we can do is prepare your application from the exact checklist for your outlet and licence type, file it on your behalf and keep following it up until the licence is approved.
