What does social media management for a restaurant cost?
Pricing starts at ₹25,000 + GST a month. Where it ends up depends mainly on two things: how many outlets you have and how much content you need each month. We confirm both the scope and the price with you on a call before anything starts, so you know the monthly figure before we begin work.
Which platforms will you post on, and how often?
That is agreed with you on the kickoff call rather than fixed in advance. We settle which platforms to cover, the posting frequency and a content calendar for the month, based on your outlets and goals. Content is planned around your menu and your offers, so what goes out reflects what you actually want to sell.
What if we need a special shoot, campaign or video on top of the monthly content?
Those sit outside the regular monthly package. A dedicated shoot, a push around a particular campaign or a one-off video is scoped and quoted on its own, so your monthly fee stays tied to your regular content and account management. If it is purely photography you need, our fixed-price food and ambiance photoshoot may be the simpler route.
How is this different from managing my Zomato and Swiggy accounts?
This service looks after how your restaurant shows up on social media, so your social pages get the same regular attention as your delivery listings. Zomato and Swiggy account management, which AETR also offers, is about how each outlet does inside the apps: visibility, conversion, ad spend and discounts. They are separate pieces of work, and you can take either one on its own.
Do I still need to hire someone in-house for social media?
Not for the work this service covers. It is built for owners who would rather not hire their own creative or social media team: each month we handle content creation, brand direction and account management, within the scope agreed at kickoff. You will still want to keep us posted on menu changes and new offers, since the content is built around them.
Can you guarantee more followers or more orders?
No. We do not promise follower counts, reach or order numbers, because those depend on your brand, your market and many factors outside our control. What we commit to is the agreed monthly scope: content created and published on your channels, brand direction and account management, all shaped around your menu and offers.
