Restaurant dashboard setup: marketplace, POS and finance numbers in one view
In a restaurant dashboard setup, AETR builds one performance dashboard that combines your Zomato and Swiggy numbers with POS and finance data, so key figures sit in one view instead of behind several logins. It suits owners who check each platform by hand or export spreadsheets. Setup takes 2–3 weeks, depending on how complex your data sources are.
Is this the right service for you?
Restaurants, cafés and cloud kitchens where someone currently logs into several dashboards, or pulls spreadsheets out by hand, just to see how the business is doing.
Not the right fit: If your real question is why the numbers are moving rather than where to see them, start with a growth audit.

Frequently Asked Questions
What will the restaurant dashboard actually show?
The metrics you agree with us before the build starts. The dashboard pulls from your marketplace accounts such as Zomato and Swiggy, your POS and your finance data, so the numbers you check most often sit on one screen. Because every business watches slightly different figures, the list is agreed with you rather than taken from a fixed template.
Which software do you build the dashboard in?
It depends on what you already use and what you prefer. We would rather build in a tool your team is comfortable with than push you onto a new system, so the choice is made with you during scoping. Once agreed, the documentation we hand over explains which data sources feed the dashboard and how it is kept up to date.
How long does a dashboard setup take?
2–3 weeks. Where it falls in that range depends on how complex your data sources are. A business with a few clean, easy-to-export sources sits at the shorter end, while one with more systems, or data that needs more work to line up, takes longer. We can give you a clearer idea once the sources involved are listed on the scoping call.
How much does it cost to set up a restaurant dashboard?
There is no fixed published price. Each setup is quoted separately, based mainly on which data sources need to be connected, and the quote is confirmed on a scoping call. Connecting one marketplace account and a POS is a different job from pulling together several platforms plus finance records, which is why we price after seeing what is involved.
Will my team be able to use and maintain it after you hand it over?
That is what the handover is for. The setup ends with a training session for you and your team, and you also receive written documentation of every data source and the refresh process. That way the dashboard does not depend on one person remembering how it works, and anyone who joins later can pick it up from the documents.
Should I get a dashboard or an audit first?
They do different jobs. A dashboard makes your numbers easy to see at a glance; an audit explains why they are where they are and what to fix. If you already know what you want to track, start with the dashboard. If you are not sure why sales or margins are moving, a growth audit, which takes 5–7 business days counted from data access, is the better first step.
Will a dashboard increase my sales?
Not by itself, and we will not claim it does. What it changes is how quickly you notice problems, because you stop jumping between logins and spreadsheets to piece the picture together. Whether that turns into more orders or better margins depends on the decisions you make with the numbers once you can see them clearly in one place.
